How do I get corporate pricing?
Use our business inquiry form to tell us about your company, quantity, location, and timing. Business prices and shipping terms are confirmed in your quote.
Do we need a coffee machine?
No. This is freeze-dried instant coffee. All you need is coffee, a mug, a spoon, and hot water. Milk and sweeteners are optional.
Can we try the coffee before a larger order?
Yes. You can purchase an individual tin for $19.98 through our checkout. Individual tins include free U.S. shipping. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout.
How much coffee should we order?
Our packaging lists 40 cups per tin. Multiply the cups you expect to serve each day by the number of days you want to cover, then divide by 40. Actual yield varies with serving strength. Include your estimate in your inquiry.
Is there a minimum business order?
Ask about minimum quantities and available pricing when you request your quote. We haven’t published a fixed business minimum on this site.
What about delivery and returns?
Confirm delivery timing and shipping costs for your business order before purchasing. Our current retail policy states that sales are final; please review our shipping details and refund policy, and ask about the terms for your quote.
